The Evergreen Life was born at the intersection of science and silence.
For more than two decades, my work lived in public health and federal leadership — translating complex systems, research, and policy into something people could actually use. I learned to think strategically, to value evidence, and to respect the precision required to improve health at scale.
And then life asked something different of me.
Where It Began
When Everything Changed
After the loss of my husband to cancer, my understanding of wellness shifted. What once felt clinical became deeply personal.
I began to see resilience not as endurance, but as participation — choosing engagement, meaning, connection, and growth even when life narrows.
Silence, I learned, is part of the rhythm.
Why Evergreen?
Today, my work integrates public health literacy with the science of Positive Psychology — particularly the PERMA framework, which explores how relationships, engagement, meaning, and accomplishment shape a life well-lived.
I study it. I apply it. And most importantly, I live it. Evergreen is where strategic rigor meets lived reflection.
It’s not about fixing ourselves, but becoming more authentic versions of who we already are — rooted, rhythmic, and renewed.
If you are navigating change, rebuilding your identity, or simply seeking a steadier rhythm, you are welcome here.
Let’s explore the journey together.
