Everything Evergreen is made to order, specifically for you. We believe the best things are worth the wait. Please allow 3–5 business days for the craft, and a few more for the journey to your door. You will receive a notification the moment your vessel begins its rhythm toward you.
 

Our Commitment to the Vessel

Because your items are custom-crafted, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your vessel arrives with any imperfections or damage from its journey, your rhythm should not be interrupted. Please reply directly to your order confirmation email, or reach out to us at [e.g., shop@janineevergreen.com] within 14 days with a photo of the item. We will immediately coordinate with our print partners to ensure a replacement begins its journey to you.
