Field Notes: Observations from a life still unfolding.

Life rarely changes all at once. More often, it shifts quietly. It changes during ordinary mornings, difficult conversations, unexpected beauty, and questions that stay with us. These entries are field notes from my own journey. Some were written right after the ground shifted beneath me. Others were written while standing in a garden, walking a trail, listening to music, or noticing a small detail I almost missed.

They are not lessons. They are observations. If one of these notes helps you find language for something you are living, then it has done its work.
